When accessing the Customize feature in Email Automation Flow, you'll notice that different auto-translated languages are available. This allows your customers from various locations to receive email marketing content in their preferred languages.
To enable auto-translated languages in the email customization section, you will need to add the language first in your Shopify admin
Go to Shopify Admin -> Settings -> Languages
Add the languages you want to auto-translate. If the language was previously set up, it will already be visible in the list.
After adding a language, ensure to Publish it to make it visible to customers.
After adding or verifying your languages in the Shopify Admin Settings, return to the customization page in the Email automation workflow. The languages you added will now be visible and automatically translated for your email marketing content.
Here, you can click on "Send test email" to preview how your email content will appear in different languages, ensuring that the translations look correct before sending them out.
I successfully sent a test email in German, and it appeared in German as expected.
If you want to make more detailed changes to your email content, click on "Edit email template", then select the language version you wish to customize for further adjustments.
