What do we offer

We provide a variety of automatic and manual choices, outlined as follows.

  1. Automation (for both Web push and Email), and how the conditions for notifications and emails are sent:

  • Welcome subscribers

    • Whenever a customer subscribes to the popup created from our app

  • Abandoned cart

    • When a SUBSCRIBER adds products to cart, and NOT complete the cart

  • Abandoned checkout

    • When a SUBSCRIBER (for Web push), or a customer (that leaves email address at checkout) accesses the checkout page without completing the cart

    • The email automation requires Shopify to also generate the abandoned checkout

  • Price Drop

    • When a customer subscribes to any specific product (they also need to be a subscriber first), notifications and emails are sent when the price of said product is lowered

  • Back in stock

    • When a customer subscribes to any specific out-of-stock product (they also need to be a subscriber first), notifications and emails are sent when said product is available

  • Browse abandonment

    • When a SUBSCRIBER views a product without adding it to cart

  • Product release

    • Whenever a new product is published in your store, with a pre-determined tag (you can configure the tag to your liking)

  • Shipping Notification

    • Web push: When a subscriber logs into their account, and an order is shipped

    • Email: When fulfillment is created for order with customer's email address

  1. Manual campaign (Web push only)

  • Normal campaign (without expiration date)

    • The customers will always receive notifications when available

  • Flash sale campaign (with expiration date)

    • Notifications are only sent before the expiration date. If the customers are not available to receive notifications within this timeframe, they will not receive it afterward
