Email Pricing and Billing
By the end of this guide, you will understand Uppush Email’s pricing model, how to monitor your usage, and where to view your billing information to manage your email marketing costs efficiently.
Email Pricing Overview
Uppush Email's pricing model is designed to be clear and straightforward, helping growing businesses access essential email marketing tools at a reasonable cost. With Uppush Email, you can take advantage of features such as ready-to-use email templates, an easy drag-and-drop editor, and automated email flows to communicate with your customers more effectively.
In addition, there is no restriction on the number of contacts you can send emails to. This allows you to expand your email marketing campaigns freely without worrying about limitations as your audience grows.
You can view detailed information about your email usage and costs in the Pricing section of your account. Email-related expenses are also available within the analytics pages, making it easier to monitor spending and manage your email marketing budget more efficiently.

Accessing the Plan Section
To view your email pricing and usage:
Log in to the Uppush app.
You can access the billing page in two ways:
• Click on your avatar at the top right corner of the screen and select Plan & Billing. • Or click the Plan tab in the left sidebar.

This page displays your current plan, the number of emails and web push notifications used in the current billing cycle. You can also click Usage fee history to view the number of emails you have used and ththe.

Pricing: Pay-as-you-go
Uppush Email uses a pay-as-you-go pricing model, which means you are only charged based on the number of emails you actually send. This approach allows your costs to grow naturally with your business, giving you flexibility and better control over your email marketing budget.
All Uppush Email accounts include a monthly quota of free emails. Once this free quota is used, additional emails will be charged according to the pay-as-you-go rate. The exact free quota may vary depending on your current plan.

Pricing Examples
Example 1: Sending 15,500 Emails
If you send 15,500 emails in a billing cycle, the cost breakdown would look like this:

The pricing above is calculated based on the actual number of emails sent and does not include the $8.99 Pro plan subscription fee.
Billing cycle
Our app uses a two-part pricing model.
First, there is a fixed monthly fee of $8.99 for the Pro plan. This plan includes 1,000 web push notifications and 1,000 emails each month.
Second, if your usage exceeds the included quota, additional messages are charged based on usage. Both email and web push notifications follow a tiered pricing model, where the cost per 1,000 messages varies depending on the total number of messages sent during the billing cycle.
Usage fees are charged daily once the accumulated amount reaches at least $2. If the daily usage does not reach $2, the amount will be carried over and charged once the total reaches the minimum threshold.
All charges are processed through Shopify’s billing system.
Example:
Suppose you send 500,000 emails during a billing cycle.
The first 1,000 emails are included in the Pro plan. The remaining 499,000 emails will be charged based on the pricing tiers.
1,000 emails → Included in the Pro plan → $0
99,000 emails × $1.50 / 1,000 → $148.50
400,000 emails × $1.00 / 1,000 → $400.00
Total email usage cost → $548.50
In addition, the monthly Pro plan fee of $8.99 will be added to your Shopify bill.
If your daily usage charges reach $2 or more, the amount will be charged that day. Otherwise, the charges will accumulate until the total reaches the minimum threshold.
Refund Process
If a refund is required, you can contact our support team for assistance. Since all charges are processed through Shopify’s billing system, there may be cases where your account has already been charged, but the payment has not yet been transferred to us by Shopify.
Because of this, refund requests may require additional time to process while we verify the payment status. Once the refund is approved, the amount will be returned through Shopify’s billing system.
We appreciate your patience, as some refund requests may take time to complete due to this process.
